Here’s a great exercise you can do just about anywhere: Supermans! 🦸♂️
No equipment needed, just enough open space on the ground for you to lay down on your stomach.
Try to do three sets of 10 – 12 reps each set. It’ll burn, but it’s a great way to strengthen your upper and lower back muscles. Remember to control your breathing.
