outstanding team dedicated to youth in our community!
Meet our administrative team:

Brian Ace

Executive Director

Brian Ace

Brian has been the Executive
Director of the Club since 2012,
returning after a four year absence.
Collectively, he has worked for
Boys & Girls Clubs for close to 20
years. A life-long resident of
Tri-Cities, Brian is blessed to still
call this home alongside his wife
and four kids.

Julie Adelmund

Director of Finance

Julie Adelmund

Julie brings more than 10 years
accounting experience to the Boys
& Girls Club team. Her
understanding of funding issues,
reporting requirements, and
operational challenges proves
invaluable to the Club.

Chandra Burns

Director of Program Operations

Chandra Burns

Chandra has worked with youth
since 2000 when she was the
Youth Programs Coordinator for
the Salvation Army. While
obtaining her B.A. in Elementary
Education and minor in Early
Childhood Education, she also
worked for local school districts
and taught 2nd grade. Chandra has
been with Clubs since 2005, when
she started as a Site Coordinator.

Director of Development

Adrianne Deen

With over 15 years of fundraising
and marketing experience,
Adrianne is dedicated to not only
helping those in need, but also
connecting individuals and
corporations to our cause and
empowering them as philanthropists.

Jaime Bright

Director of Richland School-Age Licensed Programs

Jaime Bright

Jaime has been working with youth since 2008. She worked for Clubs as a teenager, then left to pursue her B.A. in Secondary Education at EWU. After teaching high school in North Idaho for 5 years, Jaime returned to the Tri-Cities and Boys & Girls Clubs to continue her passion of making a difference in the lives of young people.

Rachel Lockard Duvall

Director of Pasco School-Age Licensed Programs

Rachel Lockard Duvall

Rachel has been with the Club
for 11 years and has over 13
years experience working with
children. She enjoys building
connections with staff and sharing
her knowledge and passion for
youth with others. Rachel loves to
watch her Club kids smile and have
fun by being silly and dancing
with them.

Jamie Luce

Director of Early Learning

Jamie Luce

Jamie has been working with
youth of all ages for 20+ years.
She is involved in community
committees that strive to grow
strong families and prepare
children and families for success
in school and life. She is an
advocate for quality Early Learning
programs and is highly passionate
about her work at the
Boys & Girls Club.

Chris Cisneros

Prosser Park Branch Director

Chris Cisneros

Chris has been active in the lives
of our community's youth for
the last 9 years. He started his
career with the Boys & Girls Clubs
in Prosser as the Rec Lead and
has move up in the organization.
Chris has a strong passion for youth & is always looking for ways to help youth succeed. When he's not working, Chris enjoys spending
time with his wife and two kids.

Jon Kimsey

Kennewick Club Director

Jon Kimsey

Jon loves promoting a healthy lifestyles and empowering Club kids and staff. Jon has also served as the Athletic Director for our Clubs. He is particularly passionate about coaching those around them to be their best version of themselves.

Andrea Locati

Pasco Main Branch Director

Andrea Locati

Andrea has a passion for working
with youth and developing leaders
in our community. She has been in
the youth development field for
over 20 years, 11 of those with Boys
& Girls Clubs. Andrea is a strong
advocate for her Club, and is
diligent about providing quality
programs. She strives to provide a
Club culture that is open and
accepting of all youth.

Josh Peterson

Music & Arts Center Director

Josh Peterson

Josh has been an active
educator and administrator for
various music and arts programs
for the past 15 years. He has
traveled the country several
times as a performer and
instructor, and has lead multiple
music ensembles to national and
worldwide recognition.
