Youth of the Year Celebration

Thank you to everyone who attended our 2025 Youth of the Year Celebration!

An evening dedicated to celebrating our outstanding teens, our annual Youth of the Year Celebration is an event packed with inspiring stories, speeches, and mission-focused transformative journeys from across our organization.

At this event, our three Youth of the Year finalists from our Pasco, Prosser, and Kennewick Clubhouses share their personal stories about how the Club has impacted their lives and how they plan to give back to their community. At the end of the night, we announce our organizational Youth of the Year who will then advance to the Washington State Youth of the Year event.

This is a free event to attend and a great way to learn about the power of the Club through youth voice.

Robert, a 10th grader from our Pasco Clubhouse, was named our 2025 organizational Youth of the Year at our Youth of the Year Celebration on January 30th, 2025.

About the Youth of the Year program

Youth of the Year is America’s premier leadership and recognition program for Club teens. Each year, thousands of Club teens participate in local, state, and regional Youth of the Year events. National Youth of the Year winners have achieved success in a variety of industries, including entertainment, politics, business, and sports. Becoming National Youth of the Year is an exciting and inspiring journey.

In the months leading up to our Youth of the Year Celebration, our Community Clubhouses in Kennewick, Pasco, and Prosser each select one teen to represent their Club as their site Youth of the Year. During the event, those three finalists will share their personal stories about how the Club has impacted their lives and how they plan to give back to their community. One of the three finalists will be named our organization’s Youth of the Year, and that teen will move on to attend the Washington State Youth of the Year Celebration in the spring.
