Character & Leadership

Through programs and activities designed to motivate and inspire, we strive to empower all youth to find their voice so they can become responsible, caring leaders ready to contribute to their community and country.

Developing tomorrow's leaders

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklin Counties, kids and teens participate in a variety of intentional programming to help them grow their leadership skills, gain opportunities for planning and decision-making, and explore ways to contribute to their community and Club.

Service projects, leadership retreats, public speaking opportunities, and more help youth across our organization become the leaders and change-makers of tomorrow.
