The annual Festival of Trees, an event to support the Boys & Girls Club in Prosser, is scheduled for Friday, November 18th, 2022 from 5:30-9:30 pm at Airfield Estates Winery.

Silent auction items will be open to the public as well as in-person attendees via our online auction program. Bidding will open at noon on Wednesday November 16th and will close at 7 pm on Friday the 18th. Bid registration will open in November. 11/18/22: Festival of Trees

At this ticketed event, guests will view gorgeously decorated trees provided by local businesses and individuals, each created with a special theme, including WSU, Disney Cars, Waltz of the Flowers, and more! The winning bidders get to keep all of the ornaments and presents that come with the tree. There will be a live auction event from 8:30-9:30 pm, which includes premier auction items such as a Seahawks-themed tree with game tickets, a Kraken-themed tree paired with a Tri-City Americans hockey suite, staycation at the Glasshouse, and more! Guests will also enjoy a gourmet meal, beer and wine.

11/16/22 through 11/18/22: Online Auction

The silent auction is easy to access from a mobile phone and allows folks to bid from the comfort of their home. Bidders can search for items by category and they can even be notified if they are outbid. The silent auction opens to bidding on Wednesday, November 16th at noon and closes on Friday, November 18th at 7 pm.

Ticket Purchases

We are limiting the number of individual ticket sales to ensure comfort and safety. Please contact Jessica Hoefer at jessica.hoefer@greatclubs.org to inquire about ticket sales. Tickets are $50 per person and include food and beverages.

11/19/22: Cookies with Santa

In addition to the auction gala, Club staff members will host Cookies with Santa the following day where community members can view gorgeously decorated trees, make Christmas cookies, and take pictures with Santa.This fun event is made possible by our Angel Sponsor: Prosser Memorial Health.
