Life & Workforce Readiness

Through hands-on activities, workshops, and more, we encourage all youth to explore their interests and passions and apply knowledge to real-world work experiences.

Exploring possibilities and opening doors

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklin Counties, kids and teens participate in one-of-a-kind programs and experiences designed to open their world to careers and workforce opportunities they may not have thought possible.

Unique field trips, inspiring guest speakers, career days, business tours, and more help youth across our organization become tomorrow's leaders, innovators, and problem-solvers.
